This 39-year-old patient from Longwood, Florida requested a breast reduction for correction of asymmetric breasts. Her complaints were large breasts with neck pain, shoulder grooving, and upper back pain. She underwent reduction mammoplasty in an outpatient setting where 240 grams of breast tissue was removed from the right breast and 210 grams of breast tissue removed from the left breast.
