This 64-year-old patient from Tallahassee, Florida is experiencing asymmetric drooping breasts with neck and shoulder pain and the inability to find clothing that fits. She underwent a reduction mammoplasty with removal of 380 grams of breast tissue from each breast. She tolerated the procedure well. Her healing was uneventful and she was extremely pleased with her outcome. She appreciated her new body proportion and body image and was now able to find clothing that fit.
