This 45-year-old patient from Orlando, Florida requested a breast reduction for neck pain, shoulder pain, and back pain. She had difficulty finding clothing that fit and was quite conscious of her breast size. She underwent a reduction mammoplasty in an outpatient setting with removal of 329 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 331 grams of breast tissue from the left breast. Her recovery was uneventful. The nipple was kept connected by a medial pedicle. She was pleased with her result and new her body image.
