This 35-year-old female patient who stands at 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 145 lbs was concerned with the dropping, deflated look of her breasts after breast-feeding 2 children. Because of the patients skin type she had significant concerns about scarring. Even though her current bra size was a C cup, she lacked fullness at the upper portion of the chest.
This patient underwent a Breast Augmentation with high profile saline implants filled to 430 cc in the partial sub-muscular position. The lift was performed around the areola to minimize the risk of scarring. She has achieved her objective of fuller breasts with the minimal amount of scars.
